We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas) with two convenient options:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Here’s how our tropical-print inspired process works:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Include the original packing slip or your order number
  • Add a note indicating refund or exchange preference
  • For exchanges, specify preferred size/color (subject to availability)

Step 2: Contact Our Customer Service

Refund Information

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds credited to original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is as flexible as our convertible cover-ups:

  • Subject to product availability
  • We cover one-way shipping for exchanges due to our error
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hosiery (once packaging is opened)
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Any swimwear or underwear with removed tags or hygiene seals

These items are as final as your decision to wear our bikinis to that beach party!
