At Sunbeach Style Shop, we want you to love your tropical-inspired swimwear and beachwear as much as we love designing it. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out – maybe those balconette bras didn’t fit quite right, or the Brazilian knickers weren’t your style. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as easy as slipping into one of our plunge bras!

🌺 Beachside Tip: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached – just like when they left our tropical warehouse!

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Package

Gently pack your items in their original packaging (we know it’s hard to say goodbye to those Bali-inspired designs!). Include:

  • The original packing slip or your order number
  • A note indicating whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  • For exchanges, specify your preferred size/color (subject to availability)

Step 2: Contact Our Customer Service

Email our sunny team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Dear Sunbeach Style Shop Team,

I would like to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]:

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, send your package to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method – while we can’t control what happens en route, we want your return to arrive as safely as our full cup bras support!

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we give to our minimiser bras):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hosiery (once the packaging is opened)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Any swimwear or underwear with removed tags or hygiene seals

These items are as final as your decision to wear our bikinis to that beach party!

Exchange Policy

Want to swap for a different size or style? Our exchange policy is as flexible as our convertible cover-ups:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll cover one-way shipping for exchanges due to our error
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
